Regulatory Framework Plan from 2026 to 2029

The CER has just released our Regulatory Framework Plan for 2026 to 2029. The plan outlines what we are working on over the next three years.
Some of the projects include:
- Onshore Pipeline Regulations
- Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations
- Remediation Process Guide
- CER Portal Project
The plan is divided into three focus areas:
- regulations (our rules)
- guidance documents (how to follow the rules)
- enterprise solutions (improving the way we work).
We want to make it easier for people to see what we’re doing, while we find better ways to work. Our Regulatory Framework Plan is our roadmap. Check it out!
